Autoportrait

Dari has had a passion for art since a very young age.

After her childhood in Cambodia, she moved to France and grew up in Paris discovering a new culture, a new society. She drew her inspiration in art thanks to this brilliant cultural and artistic mix. She likes to draw and paint, and first turns to fashion design and interior decoration.

She spent 20 years in market finance, settling successively in London, Geneva and then Singapore before returning to Paris. Each of these stays was a meeting of new cultures and a creative enrichment, an inspiration.

Back in Paris, she took evening art classes and training at the Beaux-Arts de Paris workshops, then she chose to put drawing and painting at the heart of her life and to make this passion her main activity. After graduating from the Federation A.P. Martenot, she once again set off to explore a new culture in San Francisco. She exhibited several times in different places in the “arty” city. In 2019, she returned to Paris and continued her pictorial explorations.

Her achievements are the fruit of her imagination and are inspired by the emotions, the vibration of the line, the dynamic of the movements. She likes to paint what makes her vibrate.
